Osteoarthritis

Septic
One of the final forms is septic arthritis. This form of canine arthritis is caused by a fungal, viral, or bacterial infection that occurs in one of your dog’s joints. For example, your dog may develop this condition if he’s bitten by another animal. The organism travels through the bloodstream until it reaches a joint which it infects. Invading bacteria can be treated using antibiotics.
